Measure across the widest part of the chest, under the armpits, and around the back. Ensure
that the tape is horizontal all the way around the body. (Do not allow it to dip at the back).
To measure use a tape measure, start on the hips/top of the hips and wrap it around your
waist, level with your belly button. It must not be tight and it needs to be straight. Don’t hold
your breath while doing it.
Measure from the top of the hip to the bottom of the ankle bone.
